About Naziha Mahmood: Naziha Mahmood is a versatile artist hailing from Karachi, Pakistan. A well learned person and a successful TV personality, Naziha has seen the world very closely from various perspective and knows very well the human relations and sagas associated with it.
The Challenge:
- Make a WordPress/PHP based website that can showcase all the work done without disturbing the size and flow of the content
- Increase web traffic, Click through rates
- User friendly customizable interface, to upload and delete the content at will
The Analysis:
To create a great website for a great artist, our team completely focused on creating a WordPress website using UX best practises. We worked closely with Naziha and team to get a deep understanding on the functional and aesthetic requirements of the website and get an idea on the focus area
- We used this to determine what information visitors are interested in and what information is most useful to them
- This information led us to create updated layouts, which translated to an updated editing experience by creating intuitive interfaces for editors to easily and quickly adjust site content.
The Solution:
This website was built on the WordPress/Umbraco CMS/Joomla platform, with updated page layouts and a completely intuitive editing experience. We built pages centred on various categories suggested by Naziha and team. Along with the launch, we carried out a comprehensive SEO migration. In addition, our team migrated the analytics implementation in order to preserve historical data and improve measurement and reporting.
The Result:
The website is a consolidation of all the work done by Naziha Mahmood, we made it mobile friendly, enabling users to view it from any device. It became simpler for visitors to select the art form they want to explore from the project gallery with minimum load time.
